REFUND POLICY

Refunds are given at the sole discretion of the store. For telephone or instore orders that have been placed directly through us you must contact the store/shift manager within the same day should you have any complaints. We will try our best to rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day. The store may request pictures of, or will ask to collect, the unfinished item. If you order online, any complaints or communications should only take place with the listed service provider. Once your order has been placed, we typically start preparing straight away. That means should you wish to cancel your order, please call instore within 5 minutes of placing the original order to claim a full refund. Other communication will not be advised. Any refunds will be made the same way the order was purchased.
